Made from malting barley from Germany, this blonde beer is slightly cloudy has a deep taste of malt and is gourmet in the mouth. Its very light bitterness comes from the Hallertau Perle hops which distils spicy notes. It quenches, develops fine aromas and a very pleasant taste (it even seems that it makes you beautiful but it remains to be checked!). This homemade beer kit allows to brew 5 liters of high fermentation beverage.
Some tips to taste it (respect for the product requires...): 8 ° C is the ideal temperature to bring out all its aromas.
It's up to you: you can customize your beer and make it your own! Coriander, sugar candy (aka fermentable sugar: #keyworldtobethecenterofattention), star anise, etc... You’re the boss;)
Each kit is complete, and offers everything (yes all) the necessary equipment and ingredients for brewing 5 liters of "homemade" beer:
- Material: 5-liter bottle, a bubbler (for the fermentation of your wort), pierced stopper, thermometer, disinfectant, racking cane (for transferring your craft beer) and adaptive stoppers (you just have to recover 6 bottles for bottling)
- Ingredients: hops, yeasts and barley malts
- The detailed guide of the perfect brewer in multilingual (for your French friends, if you have any, because we’re weird)
Made in France !!!
What you need (not personally because you are perfect): a large saucepan of at least 7 liters, 6 bottles with mechanical stoppers (those with small holes at the top;))
And to finish, the timing: 4 hours in the kitchen, 2 weeks of fermentation in the 5L bottle, 1 hour of bottling and finally 2 weeks of fermentation in your bottles, so that’s a little month, but the result is worth it;)
